Control engineering is a multi-disciplinary field that covers many topics, from electronics, computer science, mathematics, mechanics, and so on, and areas it could be applied to are also enormous. It makes good sense to say on this planet (and beyond), most objects and systems, human-made or natural, have some sort of control embedded in them, and very likely they are based on same principles. For example, feedback is used by human beings as well as other animals like bats. Almost everything can be improved with feedback, even your social life. The purpose of this website is to provide online resources for control systems and related areas. Mainly, the materials are compiled from my research work in the past, problems from my engineering courses, together with ongoing projects. I encourage students from my courses or elsewhere to participate on this site.
